Injectable Collagen-Chitosan Hydrogel loaded with Human Induced Pluripotent Stem-Cells for Myocardial Regeneration

We conducted a literature review and proposed an injectable collagen-chitosan hydrogel loaded with hiPSC-CMs for myocardium regeneration. In adittion, we proposed a phase I clinical trial to test the safety and effectiveness of the product. We defined the inclusion and exclusion criteria for patient selection, and the methods and techniques for monitoring the outcome measures.
