We conducted a literature review and proposed an injectable collagen-chitosan hydrogel loaded with hiPSC-CMs for myocardium regeneration. In adittion, we proposed a phase I clinical trial to test the safety and effectiveness of the product.

This project was part of a Biomaterials course. We proposed a liposome-based drug delivery system for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, aiming to increase the half-life of the drug, promote drug accumulation in the joints and reduce its systemic effect.
